The Regina 55+ Community Centre is proud to offer a variety of activities and drop-in programs at both locations. Our offerings are designed to keep you active, creative and connected. SEWCIABLES: a sewing, quilting and knitting group crafting handmade personal and charitable items.
LAPIDARY: focuses on the process of shaping precious stones into decoration and jewelry.
LINE DANCING: instructor-guided class where you can find yourself moving to upbeat music that is fun for all skill levels.
AFTERNOON DANCES: a good time to enjoy live music, hot coffee and meet new people.
PICKLEBALL: incorporate elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong using a paddle and ball. Pre-registration via Signup Genius is required.
SUNDAY SOCIALS: features and afternoon of live entertainment, dainties and a lively crowd.

TAI CHI CHIH: guided program, focused on nineteen movements allowing your body and mind to balance.
FOREVER IN MOTION: healthy movement program for all abilities.
DISC GOLF: a seasonal course, perfect to practise your aim using a frisbee. Instructor led workshops offered.
PAINT FOR PLEASURE: self-guided painting sessions, great to explore your creativity and artistic side.
CHAIR YOGA: instructor guided session, focused on gentle movement and breathing.
POTTERY: each piece is carefully crafted by you! Enjoy the ability to shape, glaze and showcase your creativity.
